★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not buy into Marine Gateway if my life depended on it. These guys appoint their own subsidiary as the strata management company. PCI appoints Warrington PCI.
The strata management company is responsible to enforce the warranty and ensure the builders fix their warranty deficiences.
PCI is in a total conflict of interest. Can you believe this sham?
