★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with the amount of ongoing broiler issues at this new new condo building (Silver) built by Intracorp a couple of yrs ago. So far, I have counted to date 6 times we have had no hot water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. Our parents bought a condo at their Livingstone development brand new (2017), and due to mechanical problems with the cooling/heating system it leaked water from the ceiling requiring repairs to the system and replacement of the ceiling.
We have videos of the water coming down from a live ceiling light!
Three weeks later - we are still waiting for repairs and the communication is very one sided with us trying to find out when they will come fix it. They promise to call back but never do.
Seems like they are eager to take your money but very slow to respond to obvious large warranty issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been working with Intracorp to get a minor lighting issue resolved for 1 year and 5 months. (it was a brand new property) They closed the ticket without the work being done and despite numerous emails they have not resolved the issue. Zero sense of urgency and no accountability. The local corporate office does not answer the phone. Not what you'd expect from a multinational brand.

I have been living in 6461Telford for a year, the 3 elevators for 50 story building and half year one of them is broken? We can not wait for over an hour to get into the building by obeying the 2 ppl in life rule of COVID ;
The building have no microwave??? All the cheapest staff ( the washer can not clean the clothing and the dryer can not dry the clothes) they use for the building. Right now I am in the market looking for a man apartment, I will definitely get rid of “Intracorp”when doing selection! Hope you guys aware
