★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've now had the opportunity to live in a Shape project (The Amazing Brentwood) for almost a year now. In an ironic twist, it has been anything but amazing. Just within the unit itself, here is a brief list of faults.
1. Broken window - still awaiting a replacement after three months
2. Poor ventilation leading to rust and peeling paint in the bathroom
3. Builders damaged the tub on installation and still not resolved more then a year after possession
4. Electrical outlets with faulty safety gates that won't let you plug anything into them
5. Poorly insulated units with massive electric bills in the winter months
The reason I have chosen to post at this time is because Shape has neglected to respond to the last two emails about the warranty work. This is unforgivable for a large company.
The lesson from living here is that I would never consider a Shape property in the future. I'm thankful that I rented instead of purchased.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor client service, brand new Panasonic microwave broken within a year of purchasing a pre-sale home(Happened in multiple units in Amazing Brentwood). Shape Properties don't take care of it, instead asking owner to contact warranty without clear guidence or bulk-purchase warranty direct contact.
