Even though I changed my mind several times, she remained patient and kind. Her rates are very fair and her work is meticulous!! I'd recommend her one hundred percent!!

β β β β β michelle is a magician. i can't laud or thank her enough. i brought her an impossible ask: to mend a hole in a hockey sweater (100% polyester). not a tear, a hole. in other words, i asked michelle to create something where there is nothing. her answer, after running through a series of options with me, was a perfect crosshatch threading that filled in the blank. she brought to reality the exact image of the repair i had in my mind's eye. perfection. and yet, and yet, she was not pleased with her own handiwork. that's how much she cares and how skilled she is. thank you michelle for saving the day.

β β β β β I went to Michelle today to get alterations done on my bridesmaids dress, after searching desperately to find a place with fast turnaround time and reasonable prices to fit my student budget! Michelle was so kind and patient on the phone and in-person, and she provided me with options and explained how each would look. I actually learned something too about alterations from her! Finally, she gave me the most reasonable price! Michelle, you were so kind to me, you made my day, I will be recommending you to all my friends!!!
