★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a horrid experience when shopping for a Panerai strap at the Vancouver Panerai Boutique. Albert @ the boutique took nearly 20 minutes to chang my strap. His excuse was he was taking a phone call. Who does that? Shouldn't the customer @ the boutique be treated with priority ? He gave me an impression that I am a bother and he doesn't want to do business with me.
One expects certain level of service and experience when buying a luxury item like Panerai. I have heard many complain about lack of enthusiasm @ boutique from many of my local watch friends and the staff are non-watch enthusiasts. And now I have experienced it first hand.

Thank you again Adrian for making my luxury watch shopping experience less intimidating and welcoming me to the store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had such a fantastic experience! Today my sister and I went to visit the boutique for the first time and we were greeted by Elnaz. She was super helpful, passionate and knowledgeable and took her time to show us a great sample of what Panerai has to offer. I'm a paneristi now!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great boutique! The manager is the epitome of amazing service. She knows exactly what I like even before I say anything. She is also very patient with all my requests. I highly recommend this boutique if you are in the mood to treat yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought my Panerai submersible from this boutique last year. I was told over the phone that I would get a better deal if I visit their store than from buying online. They said I'd be happy. So I traveled all the way from Victoria despite the pandemic. I did not get any special discount or deals that is different from their website which is a free strap. They also decide which strap I could get as free. I should have just ordered online and save my time and money going there. The only consolation is that the lady assistant helping me is all smiles. The store manager is kinda serious. The boutique is nice and clean.
