★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I visited the boutique today, and was greeted by Winnie Lai.
Winnie was polite and upfront. She gave us an introduction to the brand, and shared with us what makes Rolex special. I am well aware of the current product shortage so didn’t expect anything available in store, but Winnie did her best to explain the current situation, and was able to help us find the display pieces that we are interested in to try on in store. Overall it was a pleasurable experience.
It was also my wife’s first time into any Rolex boutique today. She was never into any watches before but after the visit she is very interested in the brand, and hasn’t been able to put down the product catalogue since getting home.

I did not expect any watches to be in stock but was pleasantly surprised to hear that some pieces arrived just before my visit. Tony provided excellent service by explaining the details of the watch, answering any questions that I had, and sized the bracelet perfectly to fit my wrist. I also appreciated that he shared a genuine enthusiasm for me purchasing my first Rolex timepiece. Very satisfied with my experience. Much thanks to Tony and the rest of the team at GWC!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited the boutique to look for a watch to celebrate a personal milestone and was greeted by Ivan.
Ivan was friendly and walked us through the story of the brand and gave some insight into the current product availability situation.
Although there was no stock, he was able to show us the exhibition model of the GMT Master II that I was interested in. He was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my many questions. After showing me the watch he had taken down my information for an order and even followed up after our visit!
In all honesty I wasn’t sure what to expect as I’ve never been in a Rolex Boutique before, but thank you Ivan for making it a great experience.

His kind, friendly and welcoming demeanour coupled with his intimate knowledge of Rolex products combined to crate a seamless and pleasurable buying experience. During my time dealing with Eric he has always made himself available to answer any and all questions I’ve had. My journey with Rolex will now always be with GWC because of Eric. Go see Eric, he is friendly, knowledgeable and just demonstrates the class you’d expect from Rolex. Eric took the time to get to know me and personalize a Rolex that would match my interest and lifestyle. He also kept me up to date on my watch’s arrival.
Well my gorgeous DJ41 arrived way before I expected and just before Christmas…guess it was meant to be.
Thank you Eric…hopefully you’ll still be working at Rolex when I save enough up to buy my next one ;)
