The hotel was beautiful and the amenities are clean and well maintained. The staff were very kind and helpful. I appreciate the small touches- the TV in the bathroom mirror, the marble bathroom, the mat by the bed, and the fresh water bottles every day. I loved the pillow menu (you can choose scented pillows and have them delivered to your room). We utilized a conference room on the trip and it was bright and beautiful.

The staff went out of their way to be hospitable, the most amazing customer service I’ve ever seen. From what the staff wear, their willingness to help, even the smell of the hotel in general: everything is superb. The rooms themselves are amazing, the bathrooms are the highlight. Blinds that open with the press of a button, heated floors in the bathroom all adds to the experience. Would come back 100%.

My stay here was excellent. The service level was unlike anything I have ever experienced. One day I left my "do not disturb" light on and missed my morning room cleaning. I realized around 2pm when I stopped by my room before heading to the fitness facility for 60-90 minutes and when I came back the room had already been cleaned. I thought I had missed it for the day and was just out of luck but they came and cleaned it without me asking or notifying anyone. Additionally, when I was there I had multiple experiences where I was in the hall of my floor and they asked me by name if I would like water or something else. I was very surprised because I was not in my room at the time and was just walking down the hall but they remembered me by name. Of course the rooms were very nice as would be expected from a hotel of this caliber and the amenities were great along with the conference rooms. The food was very good and the location is great as well. My room was not what was originally booked as I ended up with two double beds rather than a king bed and had a room that was smaller than that of my colleagues but I do not spend much time in my room on my trips so it really did not make much difference. Overall, I would rate this a 5/5 experience!

Our stay was fantastic in every single aspect. Before even staying with the hotel, the help I received in organizing additional amenities in our room was perfect. Each and every employee we interacted with was helpful, welcoming, and very nice. The bathroom was incredible! Absolutely Stunning! Room service was prompt, and delicious. We can't wait for our next stay at the Shangri-La Vancouver

Room is very comfortable as well as bed, shower, room cleaning, totally automated, very well located, delicious breakfast, very polite employees and they do everything to make us comfortable. Something that could be improved is the in dining room. My fiancee ordered the soup which was delicious but we were surprised by the very low portion offered. Also I think there could be more options on the menu. In General, My fiancee and I loved our stay.

I had an amazing stay. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. I ordered room service dinner and the breakfast which was included in the package I had booked. Everything was delicious. I went to the spa and the treatment was wonderful. To be honest everything was just perfect. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Our stay was enjoyable. I liked the small touches. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Pillow menu a plus. Plenty of room. It was quiet. Bed was comfortable. Wish there was a second chair for our meals. Welcome item for 1 when 2 guests. Internet service was quick and did not cut out during work. Major improvements are needed with food service. Very disappointing for the cost of this stay and level of care expected. Food was always cold. None of it even warm - not once in the 6 or so meals we had. Would be nice to have an option to substitute meat for the breakfasts that are curated for the meal.

We just returned home after a three night stay in the deluxe one bedroom suite. The suite was beautiful, with countless thoughtful touches. The bed was comfortable with lovely linens and so many pillow options. The app made it so easy to request housekeeping and the turn down service at times that worked for us. The included breakfast at Carlino was delicious, and the CHI spa was amazing! What stood out the most was the amazing customer service. Every staff member we encountered was kind, friendly and eager to help. They anticipated our needs and provided personalized service. It was the best customer service we have ever had. We will definitely be back!
