E	Evan Accettola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here were amazing, respectful, professional and kind. I had an issue with the closure of services and they fixed it promptly without issue. They helped make many stay wonderful and the restaurant staff were super kind. The food was amazing and I had a great time.

Negative: Fridge and 1 of the phones didnt work also looked like they were from the very early 90s lol. Not a big deal but had nothing to keep our beers cold lol.

From the day of check in, one of the front desk agents, Andy, was so warm and accommodating! The pool was great, we accessed it a lot. Amenities were great but I do want to mention again the staff were so gracious and friendly! Thanks Marriott Pinnacle!

A	Alyssa Becker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our stay at the hotel was pleasant all around. Our rate was good, and room was clean and welcoming. We had a lovely view of the city and a great location for us to be able to walk to the Christmas marked and around the city. Parking was easily accessible, and pricing, while expensive, on par for everywhere else in the city on the weekend. The front end staff were welcoming and check in was quick and easy. The only downside, which was not the fault of the hotel, was the hotel across the street with picketing employees at 7 AM that woke us up with drums and bull horns. But it wasn't the fault of Marriott, and they did offer to change our room if we wanted (but at 7 AM...didn't seem worth it). I would stay here again.
A	Alanna Dumonceaux on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, staff were all very professional and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable though due for updating. Heavy new building construction right across the street began at 7am on Saturday, the concrete drill and pile drivers were a bit too much to ignore even for city noises so ask for your room to be facing away from the construction corner but it wasn't terrible. The only issue was the crazy strong lobby smell of some overpowering spa scent, their "signature scent". This is not a suitable place for anyone with scent allergies and I was thankful I had my mask to try and rush through each time to hit the elevator. We skipped dinner and drinks in the attached lobby bar as the smell was just unbearable. These were really just minor issues not a big concern for us, great value and location for any activities downtown or on the waterfront.
A	Andy Lin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have a connected public parking garage with normal parking rate that you'd expect in downtown area in a major city. Service rep were all very friendly and polite. Check in was easy and we enjoyed the high floor Harbor view that they upgraded us to. The room seems just a tad dated but the location is great and everything was clean and comfortable. Would definitely consider staying here again.
