A	Anna P. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 star for a 3-star hotel. The location is great, it’s close to a lot of restaurants that I wanted to check out. Upon arrival, the front desk staff told us we were allowed to temporarily park in-front of the hotel for 10 minutes to unload our luggages and belongings. The moment I walked into the lobby, there was a very strong smell of piss. I don’t know what it is exactly but it smelled really bad and the smell didn’t go away even after we checked out. Our check-in/check-out experience was a breeze. Front desk staff were friendly people and extremely helpful. The elevator also smelled really bad, like a grimy, moldy kind of smell and it’s also very small. It can probably only fit two people max (with luggages). Our room was incredibly small but you get what you pay for. Our bed was comfortable to say the least but I could not use the shower in our washroom. It looked grimy and quite honestly, I did not like the layout of the shower. Parking is not underground of the hotel which is a con. If my husband did not travel with me, I would have NEVER found the parking lot to park our car. It’s definitely inconvenient that the parking was located in another building. Parking is also not free, which is an added cost.
E	Evelyne Nguyen-Khac on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is not as modern as it looks in the pictures. The hotel is old and not well kept. The elevator is smelly. The room is very small and so is the bathroom. Very noisy. The walls and windows are thin as paper. You can hear everything. However, the location is good, close to the Waterfront train station. It is also close to downtown with all the shops and restaurants. Another plus is that the staff is friendly. Good choice of hotel if you don’t plan on staying long.
A	A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Excelent location, value proposition,very good price for room size, comfort level, cleanliness. Staff was AMAZING, very polite and service oriented. The hotel is older so in our room the bathroom was older yet VERY clean. Beds were very comfortable. Negative: No, all was great.
S	Siddhartha Ghosh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maryann (Customer service Agent) not only helped us to get in and out at short notice but she also booked us into a short guided tour Itinerary to roam the Vancouver city, we could touch all the major places in the city in just few hours. Although the AC was not blowing cold air but luckily our stay was for few hours so didn't matter to us, overall we had a great stay. Highly recommend for exceptional customer service and stay within budget. Also highly recommended for central location very close to the waterfront.
J	Jessica Scholten on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great private rooms Although there is not much of a view the location is central to some attractions in walking distance along with a short walk to the CF Pacific Mall. Outstanding service! When I first arrived the elevator was being worked on, so the front desk offered to take my large luggage to my room. Alongside being very friendly, all staff were efficient in doing their tasks and made the check in and out process quick.

The door did not seem secure and at 2 in the morning someone knocked on the door (we weren't making any noise) and walked away before I got up to open the door. I will not recommend this place unless this is a very last resort. I don’t even know how they got a 3.2 rating. I left an expensive bottle of conditioner in the washroom and when I called about it, they told me to email them as I would get a response faster, which doesn't make sense because all they would have to do is check where they have lost items. I emailed them and I received no response. I called the day after and they said it wasn't there. I know for sure it was in the washroom. There are much better hotels at this price point.
A	AXI LEO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived ten minutes before check in before 3:00pm and asked if we could check in early. The lady at the front said our room wasn’t ready yet and told us to wait ten minutes and come back. We came back at 3:00pm and still had 15 minutes of paper work to do. I am from the Island and called and asked if they would charge my card because my limit is $200. The lady said no they only keep my card for holding. When we arrived, they did charge the card for a hold but charged me $300 to hold my room. That did not work, so I only booked for one night instead. My total for the hotel is $204 but they charged us 230, and we were able to pay with debit. One lady was not good customer service and was not nice. Good thing another nice lady was able to take over and help us. As per the hotel, the shower was not cleaned, our soap was soaked in water, and the room smelled like poo. A decent 1 star stay. Thanks.

It is very quaint,a great location for cruise ships, great value.Staff was extremely helpful accommodating early arrivals. It will be back to normal pre Covid soon. Negative: The public area is "cold" looking, needs warmer colors in the decor,furnishings etc. A cozier look,should not be too difficult. We loved the staircase and landing on the second floor.
