C	Claire Murray on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan Pacific is in an ideal location. The room was great- very clean, bed very comfortable and the views were amazing. All the staff we interacted with were lovely and helpful. The pool was also an added bonus. We enjoyed our stay

The room was nothing to write home about, and the services were standard. The in-house restaurant, Five Sails, was a big let down, food was cold and unable to eat it. The in-house pub, Coal Harbor Pub, was a good little spot. Ate there instead, and it rates pretty good in my books. Food is good, drink was fine, the service was exceptional.

A	Ahmed B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel and the location is can't be beat. Rooms are modern, clean, a great size and have all the amenities. Only complaint is that you can hear a lot from neighbouring suites. Nice to have the pool but could use an update.

I’d like to send kudos to the doormen who were always so friendly, polite and happy to answer our questions or help us with directions. Despite being a little dated, we still love coming here and will continue to unless the cost for quality ratio changes. The harbour views are a fantastic way to start and finish your day.
S	Sarah Murdoch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here about a month ago. Parking was easy, as was check in. Was sad that the pool closes so early, didn’t get to try it out. Food options in the evening were mainly overpriced pub food. The entire hotel is pretty outdated - but in a maintained, pretty way. The brass accents are a nod to 1986 when it was first built for Expo86. The room was cozy, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The thick cotton robes in the closet led me to hunting for one of my own as they were so comfortable. The view though, is the true showstopper. Wake up early and enjoy the sunrise - you won’t regret it.

The location is ideal - downtown and close to shopping and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed our view across Coal Harbour. The wifi is free and reliable. There's a good (free) gym.

We upgraded our room during our stay to get the sea view and it was beautiful! The concierge staff helped us understand how to access public transit and helped make our plans to explore the city. They were extremely polite and we’re grateful for their help! The location of this hotel is amazing! Near the city centre; shopping, sightseeing, restaurants and bars nearby! Extremely happy with this hotel and highly recommend it to anybody who is new to the city.
