L	Lisa Andrew on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was ok, i thought it was ridiculous that u have to pay 25$ extra to rent a fridge for the night. The bathroom was not super clean and there was no robes and no ice bucket in our room. It looked to be a rushed clean job. Not to mention we paid for our parking and still got a ticket, parking cost was 60$ for no valet parking. The pool was beautiful. The pool I would rate 5 stars. It was nice that we were able to check out at 1:00.

A little dated in the lobby, the furniture tattered and needs attention. The rooms are pretty average. I'll probably try a different hotel next time.

If visiting on weekend, make it a priority to head down for the weekend brunch. Book before visiting but they save a few spots for guests in hotel. It does fill up fast. The food and service was amazing. Bring bathing suit to enjoy rooftop pool with the amazing mountain view. We will be staying here again 100 percent.

The rooms are small, our beverage fridge didn't work, the bathroom was very dated and dark, and it just didn't have the Fairmont feel. Don't bother with in-room dining, overpriced and cold. The location is good though and the price was reasonable. I know this is one of several Fairmont hotels in Vancouver, I'm sure some of the others are better. The Arc restaurant in the lobby was average, good drinks, nice staff.

Our room is on the top floor over looking the harbor. Staff are excellent and they clean our room every day. We arrived early and our room was ready. Had breakfast at ARC restaurant. To all the staff of Fairmont Waterfront, Thank you.

The room itself was clean and they currently arrange housekeeping beforehand. We used the Local/Washington Residents special and got free parking plus guaranteed late checkout which was great! Friendly staff and overall a pleasant experience.

This really is a five-star hotel, selling stays for four-star hotel prices. Excellent restaurant, and especially yummy breakfast options. Only recommendation for improvement would be to update the weight machines in the gym. Nevertheless, my girlfriend and I stayed here for four nights and had great time.
