Location is easily accessed by train straight from the airport in Richmond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautifully maintained area, not just in terms of cleanliness but the security is no nonsense. Covid protocols are still enforced and these guys let you know what's what..enjoyed walking around when my wife and kids were at the Philippines consulate. Come enjoy the views.
