S	Suvd S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ stayed here for 2 nights, great customer service, clean room and super cozy bed. if the pool is heated. it would be amazing, but I learned swimming for the first time at here so cheers to me.
K	Kav on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, this review is moreso a reflection of the poor service and terrible loyalty the brand shows to it's "members" rather than some of the staff who are trying to make your stay enjoyable. In short...the hotel does not care whether you are a so called Marriott member or whatever loyalty status you hold..end of the day they are here to charge you the most they can for a room ($400/night for a standard, basic, room). If you can wrap your head around that number...then it's more unfortunate that it doesn't seem like a lot of that money gets invested into the hotel itself- the rooms are very dated and the facilities, especially the gym, are in disrepair; broken equipment and no ventilation. This hotel is in a perfect location for anyone looking to explore the many wonderful pockets of Vancouver...and maybe thats what gets people to keep coming back whether they care or not.
X	Xavier MacDonald on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although there was courtesy throughout my stay it seemed hollow as the bathtub was not clean and there was no attempt to improve my experience. For this price point they should be doing much better. Also, there was no bathrobe and TV was too small.

Excellent service, incredible location… parking was a little bit of a headache to set up as there isn't much available space around the building to initially check in and access underground parking . Once sorted, everything was smooth, parking is expensive but worth it as you’re walking distance from main centres .
H	Hei-Ruey Jen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed there for two nights last week. I booked Elder Package which covers free parking, $50/day voucher, and a bottle of sparkling wine. I think it's a good deal if you can qualify. Liked their staff. Very helpful. A trainee took care of us when we checked in and at the end, I told her that she already passed the training. Another staff ran out to the gate of the parking garage to show us how to activate the gate. The facility is ok. Their bathroom sink faucet still has separate hot/cold water valve. To me, it's kind of outdated.

Guest service agents were wonderful- most of my stay and service was done with David Lee and I appreciated his hospitality! He was super nice and offered an early check in if I was interested. I also forgot some glasses and David with the housekeeping team was super helpful in sending them back to me. Location is super convenient and close to Robson street and the "main" part of downtown as well. Only minor complaint I had was rooms were cleaned maybe too quickly as there were a few noticeable pieces of crumbs on the floor that I cleaned myself, but industry staffing shortages are a thing so it's still 5 stars from me!

I would only stay if you need to be downtown and price is good compared to other hotels in area. Interested to see another review from two years ago mention the hot tub being under construction as the status is still the same.
