Just ordered the contact lense free delivery fee , it said 6 days estimation delivery. And i got it in 4 hours!
I bought 2 pair glasses cheapest one and the most expensive one 3 years ago then those are still good until now!!!

We also stopped by a couple of times more to change the orders slightly. She was highly professional, patient and helpful. Our experience at the store was amazing.

David W. was exceptional in helping my wife with her order. We have shopped at Clearly Contacts for several years now and continue to go back. However, the service that David provided was above and beyond. Thank you David!

Unfortunately, my parcel didn’t make it to my home but Sean (the retail store manager) was extremely polite and helpful in aiding me with my shipping issue. I will definitely be purchasing more from them in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered contacts in person at Robson Street Store at the end of 2021 then was emailed they were on back order until March 31st 2022. Whaaat???? Finally received order mid-March. Called store and asked for an alternative solution, maybe another brand or type. Unsympathetic clerk said I would have to pay for another Dr. appointment. The doctor is the one that recommended this version for astigmatism. I needed a new pair as I had no more monthlies. Waiting was not an option. Called another optical store. They offered a sample pair until the refill a week later. Now that's customer service. So disappointed. UPDATE: Customer Service and Store Manager have reached out. Have emailed and waiting to hear how they might resolve remedying communication, customer service and future supply chain issues on a more personalized basis otherwise you may not be able to rely on this National chain vs. visiting a local provider who can provide on time delivery solutions.

Guided me through selecting options for lenses, providing helpful (not pushy) recommendations. Very happy with both glasses & shades when they arrived!

David was super careful and helpful and did an exceptional job fitting my glasses. With service like this I feel confident ordering glasses from Clearly, knowing I can get a perfect fit.
