Kam , the store manager was kind enough to contact me to let me know their new collection has arrived . I went there and checked out all their new styles. Bought a pair and Iโm very happy with them. EyeMaster, Downtown store is my favourite place to buy eyewear. Friendly manager and helpful staff and great selection of eyewear and itโs near my home. Thanks EyeMaster Optical. Thumps up . ??

โ โ โ โ โ Great selection, great staff help, great location, best place to get some new frames. The manager took the time to find me the right frames for my face and also helped me through using my benefits, was all very friendly and fast. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

We're quite different individuals for taste and style but Louis helped us providing the best frame shape for our faces checking few and precise models. He was very professional, detail oriented and aware of our needs.

โ โ โ โ โ Went here to shop for sunglasses and loved the experience! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very patient. Sometimes sunglass shopping has you trying on every pair in the store to find the right ones. The staff at Eyemaster helped during the entire process while giving objective feedback on what looked the best for my specific style preference and face shape. Overall, great experience!

โ โ โ โ โ My glasses fell apart within 5 minutes of sitting down for work. No worries. This place is within a walking distance from my work and it's where I originally purchased the glasses.
Joanna is lovely from the moment I stepped in to the moment she has called me to notify me to pick up my new order. During covid I wasn't able to update my old pairs. So while I was browsing she patiently repaired my old ones. And I felt very bad as every time I try on the new glasses they have to wipe(covid). But she never complained and was happy to help. Shopping without girl friends help was daunting but she also helped out suitable style for my face shape.
The gentleman owner is also very lovely. I've been going to this location for past 3 years.
