★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff, especially the man who’s in charge of the made to measure suits are very arrogant and rude. I have been to numerous suitsupply stores around the world and have never seen service as bad as the one in Vancouver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Does anyone work here? 3 individual customers including myself standing around looking at clothes and you got sales associates that just walk by and avoid you. It's funny how after standing around for 10 minutes, you purposedly make eye contact with one of them behind the counter and he just looks away and walks off. Never liked Nordstrom and only came to check suitsupply after visiting their other locations in the states. Never have to come again after this experience. Best to stick with Holt Renfrew.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SUITSUPPLY has become my brand of choice for both casual and formal wear (winter and summer) for the last three years. The quality, style, cut and material are above and beyond any other brand I’ve worn before. The added value that SUITSUPPLY provides, however, is from the professionalism, knowledge and support you get from their team. In my case, for example, I needed a tuxedo five days before an event, @Ibrahim (Manager of SUITSUPPLY at Nordstrom in Vancouver) managed to have it ready and have the tailor in standby for the alterations needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First I want to be very clear, I do not give google reviews lightly. To get 5 stars from me you have to be exceptional. Abraham and his team provided some of the best service I have ever received from a haberdasher and I didn't even have an appointment. I was just wandering around Nordstrom's looking at product. I found a jacket I liked, but it was a little long. When Abraham approached me (thought I was dealing with a Nordstrom's commission person), I questioned him on the fabric and name of the brand which I'd never heard of. He explained the fabric was Italian and the company had nothing to do with Nordstrom's as it was owned by a Dutch company with the product sewn in China under strict supervision. The quality for the price point is very good but I still had a problem.... the jacket was too long. I asked if they could
tailor it same day and to my amazement they said they could and brought Tam the tailor right over. A few hours later I picked up the jacket and it was perfect. These guys are the best kept secret in Vancouver?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good clothing for the price, but the staff here will give you attitude. I asked a staff member (Ibrahim) if he could quickly hand me any suit in my size to try from the rack right beside him while the customer he was assisting took a moment to chat with their party (and clearly didn't need his help at the time). Their aisles are quite narrow, so I couldn't reach that specific rack without awkwardly budging between him and other customers. I made it clear that I wasn't expecting a consultation and that I wanted to try something on to test the fit.
Instead of offering to help later, he looked visibly annoyed and responded "No, I can't, you need an appointment and we're all booked for today," It was an unusually terse and off-putting response to a simple request.
I walked in ready to buy multiple suits and left soured on the experience. Their customer service is especially odd since this pop-up is part of a Nordstrom whose sales reps provide much better service for far more expensive items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apparently this place is appointment only. I never saw any signs stating this and nothing is really blocked off. Not one offer to help or inquiry as to why I was looking at suits for the 20 minutes I was there, with a few staff standing around or helping other customers. It wasn't until I had fondled enough of the jackets when someone asked if I had an appointment and offered to fit me in next week after I said I wasn't really interested. Suits themselves seem fine for their price, stuff in store seem to be mostly half-canvas. Very few suits were actually on the correctly sized racks. I assume they're just used for general sizing and the actual suits just get ordered in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience visiting this place. When you go buy a custom suit you expect that they’ll be able to tailor the suit to you but the guy helping me, Seth, didn’t even know how to take my measurements and his only other coworker (who was on lunch) did but wasn’t available. Also they weren’t even able to go to the change room to help me out saying it was the “nordstroms” changing room but they put me in there to put the suit on? How does that make sense? If you’re looking to spend a grand for a custom suit, you’d expect the customer service to be excellent but my girlfriend was the one who had to go back and forth from the changing room to the boutique to get help. Not only that, but there’s never one person on site so myself and two other were standing around just waiting for them to come back. What a joke. Great suits but absolutely terrible service from Seth and his associates. Will be going elsewhere to spend my money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rarely write reviews, but felt I needed to for my experience at SuitSupply. I have always loved the aesthetic and quality of SuitSupply, but had never been to one of their showrooms. I was helping my brother find a suit for his wedding, along with pants for the wedding party. I had the absolute pleasure of meeting with Ibrahim on a couple of occasions, where he answered any questions I had and was extremely patient and informative. He presented multiple options, didn't apply any pressure one way or another, and when we decided on what to go with, he went through every detail so that we would get exactly what we wanted. I went to multiple different stores and without a doubt, my experience with Ibrahim was the best by a country mile. Thank you so much, my new friend!
