★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sandro finally opened a standalone full-priced store in Vancouver, and on Friday 13 no less. The only options up until this point was shopping at Hudson's Bay where men's and women's boutiques are housed on the second and sixth floor, respectively, and the womenswear-focused Sandro outlet at McArthurGlen.
While I adore the brand, the merchandise at the Pacific Centre store heavily favours the ladies, which while taking up half of the sales floor, feature visibly more selection of womenswear. Menswear is, at the moment anyway, sorted to the right side of the store but still features lots of styles, though looking more spacious.
The store itself is simple; the layout basic but upscale to put the focus on the clothes. Bright track lights, pot lights, and (slightly-too-bright) ambient wall lights illuminate colourful wares; the ecru wood floors, warm brown and tan fixtures accentuate the overall pleasant vibe of the store. Several tall mirrors flatter patrons trying on all the stylish Parisian regalia.
Good store, great brand, chic clothes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended for the following reasons( avoid this store at any cost):
- Their customer service do not meet North American standards
- They create time pressure to buy an item and then you cannot return, exchange or even get store credit for it, even the hour after.
- The store manager is not trained for this industry and their roles, therefore you will experience significant lack of professionalism in their attitudes and communications.
- disrespectful and unprofessional conversation and conduct of store manager!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went in to try 2 dresses yesterday and the sales associate grabbed a dress size that was 2x bigger than what I originally asked for. No big deal I thought, guess they didn’t have it in stock. While it turns out— when i told her the dress didn’t fit well cause it was too big, she went and grabbed the CORRECT/ smaller size. What an indirect slap to the face!
Why didn’t you give me the size I asked for originally? Cause you think I’m fat?!
Service is not good, especially for a high end retailer

She knew how to satisfy the customers. I really enjoyed the shopping at this store.
She was a really good manager who manages customers and the brand value. I'm so impressed by her dedication to customer. I'm sure that I will visit this store again.
