It is a bank and beyond the usual services offered there is nothing special about TD, but at this branch they offer a very comfortable sitting area that is quiet and an escape from the mall and people of downtown. There’s water available too! You can people watch from inside.

Four tellers working (mine was lovely admittedly) but took forever to get foreign currency, which is allegedly the specialty of this branch. Ignored by the "greeter" who only spoke to another employee in French, so me and the others lined up out the door and around the block weren't sure what the line was for. More than 10 other staff in the "open advice" desks or around the copier not occupied helping customers. All in all close to 40 mins from line to exit. I know there's no money for a bank in teller transactions but this is a big part of the reason I do the bare minimum banking with TD and the rest with tangerine. You've lost your way, TD, in the quest for profits you've forgotten about service, which really matters.

Stupid people are lucky I'm not the type to complain to their 'manager'....After over 10 years of banking here for my business needs plus an almost identical month to month transaction list of deposits over the same time period, the teller has to ask her manager if she's 'comfortable' depositing my cheque so that all the funds are available. My credit rating is fine and so is my account history, plus I didn't need any cash back. The teller comes back 'happy' that her manager feels comfy as if they've just released a loan that needed approval. This branch stinks every time I visit. Luckily I barely visit this particular location.

I called this branch 5 times . No one ever answered the phone. I left a voicemail and no one bother to call me back. I had much better experiences in my coquitlam branch. The customer service needs be improved at this location.

This investment problem started in January of 2015 with my parents account. With some advise from a branch manager my parents trusted the investment advisor. The market crashed off course during this time but I did not have power attorney until too late. Partly my parents fault but also the investment advisor named Mr. S. Ho invested the money with his counterpart. What a messy stock portfolio purchase of stocks. There is no rationality to the their picks in my belief. Eventually, I took thes accounts back to our family control. Their stock picks were way out of line and now have to fix a messy stock portfolio. All this time in 9 months, large sum of money was in a standard interest account, the advisor did not put this amount in account to earn a 1/2 percent higher. Also, the Investment advisors did not have any stops on any stocks. All the investment advisor said was "sorry for the situation, but the market will recover over time." So lame. Second time investment with TD Waterhouse investment both time we got advisors that did not work well with our money. Both times, the TD investors always say "the market will recover. Just give it time." I see no effort by the TD waterhouse investment advisors to protect our investments. Watch your money very carefully, because they are playing with your money and not their own. Kudos to all the advisors that really do help you. Wouldn't trust TD Waterhouse again, the advisors I got do not look after your investments they just let the money sit where they put and "proud" themselves on the amount in their portfolio. - Watch your money carefully with these advisors!!!!!!!!

Worst branch experience ever. The teller tried to promote a higher class credit card on me and I decline politely. Then when I asked him to withdrawal some money in $10 bills, he didn’t even bothered to help and told me β€œwhy don’t you use the machine?” Not wanting to argue with him and went to the ATM, somehow there’s no $10 bill option at this location. Not helping a customer & not knowing what’s going on in your workplace, how nice.

This is a branch I never plan to visit again. Went there to confirm if the bank draft , which I had deposited about a week ago had been cleared. Teller just fails to understand my question , teller goes to another employee sitting in the back. That employee comes over to talk to me and goes into a spiel , I leave the bank with my question unanswered. On coming back home , I call easyline . Without any hitch , easyline customer agent is able to understand and answer my question . Pathetic service in the branch , a waste of time .

I would give this branch -5 stars if I could. There were 2 people before me in the business line and I was standing in line for 48 minutes. The service at this branch has been consistently slow. DO BETTER FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS.
