Y	YB SP on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank may look nice but the staff barely has a grasp on common sense. We came in to open a joint and personal account while they had a cash promo for new clients who open a personal checking account. We specified that we came because of said promo. Long story short, the genius that helped us opened our joint account first then we were told we no longer qualify for the promo since we already had a joint account with HSBC and wouldn't be considered a "new client." Whether it's indivudal stupidity or just how they scam customers, who knows. But after months of trying to escalate the matter, talking to agents who promised us they would "rectify the situation," nothing ever came of it.
H	Hamed Karimi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had one of the worst costumer service experience with this bank and branch. Oscar was the least helpful mortgage specialist I've had interaction with. We talked over the phone about their special promotion and he asked us to visit him in the branch to go over the details. Right at the begining of the meeting without asking the routine questions that other mortgage specialist go over and offer a plan or discuss options, just after 3 minutes he right away said that "go to other big banks and whatever rate they offer you we will match it" !!!! Nice job Oscar nice job. That is the spirit of competition and customer satisfaction
J	J Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my second bank after closing my account at CIBC. Not happy with their debit card limit and they won’t give me a MasterCard. I banked with them since I was 12 yrs old to 2012. I tried to deposit my paycheck and the Brown Bank teller was rude that I didn’t bring my bank book. I closed this account because of they limited my access to my funds and experience banking with them.
J	John Wang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would rate 0 star if I can. I am requesting the TFSA transfer. One month later, the funds are still on my account. During this long journey, more than 2 online/telephone complaints were submitted. The TFSA representative at this branch were trying to contact me afterwards. This bank welcomes all the money in, but not willing to help you to withdraw them. We can consider the customer service as "extraordinary" .

R	Roger “Salsa Bachata Vancouver” Chen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had decent service at this bank but it could be the hour I was there. Close to 4pm. Maybe it’s low time. The bank is setup very weird as it has the atm and premiere office upstairs and the actual bank downstairs but you had to go around a corner to access it. I didn’t have a line up but the teller had no friendly face and didn’t try to even bother to smile once. Very cut and dry but I rather have that than waiting for a long time. Just confusing as I couldn’t find where the service desk was. Look at the picture. The bank was below the elevator
E	Erin Lin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst customer service! and I can see why...because the branch manager is the worst i've ever seen!! he put two trainees at the front and he hides at the back, when there's super long line up, he does not show up to support...end up the new teller made several mistakes (including putting a wrong account number) on my wire transfer information, and called me back to resign the papers. The BM didn't even apologize to me and was blaming me for not checking the information! Excuse me!? isn't that his job to properly train his employees to know how to fill out a form accurately?! The WORST branch manager ever!!!!!!!Don't Go There!! Hope he gets fired soon!!!
