Their return policy is really bad!! And lady at counter was extremely rude when I told her I am here to return the shirt which I bought like 2 days back. I think they should learn basics of customer service from nearby stores or hire some better professionals!!

ALERT AND BEWARE !!!!! Never going back to this store. The sales lady is very rude. From the moment I entered the store, a very rude behavior greeted me. Literally humiliated. I wanted to return one faulty jacket and one senior official from Jack & Jones asked me to exchange the jacket from this store. So I went to this store and met this lady and told her that this guy has sent me for an exchange. I told her a very friendly way but this lady started acting weird with me. She told me that "THIS WOULD BE FINAL SALE, and NO EXCHANGE WOULD BE ACCEPTED". I said, Ok I am fine with that, but can someone help me out? She asked me to help myself so I started looking with a smile pasted on my face. I noticed while looking for another product that she was constantly staring at me as if I am a thief. I was later told that she was looking at me hoping to help me out, even though someone was already helping me. And why help me now when you had initially said "Go help yourself". There was definitely some other reason that I am still unaware of. While I was quietly looking, i was approached and asked to be "QUICK" otherwise she would give me back my jacket that i had come to exchange. She also said that it is going to get busy in a few minute, to which I offered politely that it is completely fine with me and I'll wait if it gets busy, but then I was told that I must rush anyway. (How does she know it would get busy in few minutes? AND which store tells you to buy something quick?) When I said that I haven't liked anything yet, I was told that "I AM WASTING TIME"... WHAT ???? I was yelled at for not liking another jacket and no one was listening to me, and insulted me in front of other customers as if I'm a thief. I was not given a chance to speak at all. As soon as i wanted to explain anything politely, i was cut and was constantly shouted at by this dumb lady. Due to the fact, she was uttering non-sense at me, every other customer was looking at me and I felt so strange that I had to buy something that I did not like at all, but because of this incident I picked one jacket and headed my way towards the empty counter. Yes empty counter, it wasn't busy at all!! I had to pay more than 60 dollars extra for something that I did not want to buy. But nonetheless, i bought it. To this point, I was still wondering what I said or did wrong? My mind was constantly trying to figure out why did this lady acting with me like this? When the transaction was done, i was told that my details would be sent to head office, to which I asked, where is your head office located? This question turned out really bad, and she started yelling at me again. Things like, here is my employee number and here is my name, go and tell the head office I don't care. I'm not here to answer your questions. I swear, i wasn't even yelling at her or said anything bad still they treated me like this. In just about a minute, i was told that none of my questions would be answered and if i don't leave now, the security would be called. I was also asked to MOVE ON SIDE - by another agent - since there was another customer in the queue. To which I quietly left. A lot of other customers were made to believe that I'm a bad customer and as if I've been caught for breaking the law. I felt so insulted in front of other customers. I wonder, if I was treated like this WITH a reference by a senior official, how would she had treated me if I did not have a reference. BEWARE !!!!! I have already filed some complaints against her and the store. Hopefully, this will not happen to anyone else.

Please, be aware of the quality of jeans here. Two weeks ago I bought jeans here, which I wore 3-4 times at most. Back pocket started to rip apart without me doing anything to it. I came to the store asking for an exchange, but I was told in a very rude manner, that they are not going to replace the item, since jeans were not damaged when I bought them. I can conclude, that according to Jack & Jones it is normal for jeans pocket to rip apart in just two weeks. Update: rising to 3, since few days ago I got a call asking me to come and to grab a replacement jeans, I went there and got a new one without any problems

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Bought a basic t shirt here without inspecting the shirt because I buy basics from J&J often and know my size. Got home, realized the shirt had clearly been worn, stretched neck, stain on sleeve. Took the shirt back to return 2 days later and the manager says they can't take it back because of the condition. This was exactly why I was returning it haha! When explaining the situation and stating that I wouldn't think to inspect a shirt that should be in NEW condition from the store, I was told by the manager, "Clearly something happened to this shirt while in your possession." Wow. Don't shop this location! And if you do, inspect your new products for stains and signs of wear beforehand haha! Luckily, I was able to take the shirt back to another location with zero issues LOL. Turns out the saying "the customer is always right" does not always apply. Big thumbs down.

The store manger at this location is extremely rude. Be careful that they don’t accept returns here! Avoid shopping at this location at all cost.

I bought 2 new Pants from their store at Pacific Centre from the section marked new arrivals at $60 each. That same evening I saw the same pants at the Jack & Jones Canadian website at 40% off for $36 each! The next day the store manager was very defensive and refused to make a price adjustment and said I can return the pants and go buy the pants online. The Bay has the same pants for 25% off. Look around for the same products on their website before purchasing anything at this store.

Bought a sweater from this store for my husband. He did not get it. They have no 1800 number or customer service email with a real person working it. There is no customer support. They will lie and say they have it but they dont. I called this store to help. They were unable to help. Do not buy from their online store. It is a a horrible customer experience.
