I love Aritzia but I would rate the service 0 star if I can. Clothes are cute as always, and quality that matches the price(most of the time). However what disappoints me is the service, absolutely terrible. ??

Lovely service. I see many people complaining about the service being β€œpushy” and β€œbreathing down your neck”. They are attentive but the level of attentiveness is no greater that luxury shops like Holt Renfrew, Louis Vuitton, and Burberry. I quite like the service and it gives me a personal shopping experience without having to actually book and appointment.

I would like to say thanks to Himika who helped me today purchasing a dress for my Bday party. I honestly was not in good mood, but she made it better. She has a power of making people feel special and happy in her language and attitude. Hope she has a good day like she made me had a good day :)

The only thing these sales focus in on their commission. They hardly try to hang what I choose and put them in the fitting room. But didn’t really what to help me to find. I was looking for the green bra in TNA area yesterday, but young lady said there was no this color. Later, I found it by myself. And I was trying to find Butter legging in size M, the older lady said there is only S, however I found M by myself. I find what I need yesterday, but I went to Metrotown location for purchase.

My friend and I left the store empty handed due to the lack of customer care, interest, and overall lack of respect we received in the fitting rooms. I have never experienced body shaming where your body type dictates the attention you receive in a store. Never have we experienced this at other locations. We will never be returning to this store. This experience has damaged our respect for the brand and we intend to inform our friends and family of it.

I absolutely loved the service of your style advisor Nicole. She is one of the sweetest girls I've met at Aritzia and helped me pick out a bunch of outfits I really liked. Definitely give her a promotion!

Consistently rude service. Went into the store, I greeted the clerk politely and asked if I could return something I purchased online and the clerk was just ordering me around in a very demanding and snappy tone without ever saying "please". For example: "Can you go over there" and "I need your phone number and receipt" and proceeds to gesture for me to hand over my phone for the e-receipt. When I mentioned that the reason for return is that the leggings were completely see through she said "honestly you just need to size up" and I just can't believe her rude tone. I used to be a regular customer but definitely will not be supporting this brand anymore. The Robson location was also horrible, few months ago, a floor worker was walking past me while I was standing there browsing an item and she bumped into me and didn't bother even stopping to apologize or anything. If I was in the way at least say excuse me and I would have moved. I immediately left the store and haven't been back since. That's just not how you treat customers.

Always loved Aritzia. Bought all my work clothes and day to day clothing here. Had a great experience until I had to repair something. 2 months after I bought a 280 dollar super puff jacket I noticed a small hole in the hood where the feathers were coming out. Not expecting a new one but I had figured since they portray such a high standard on quality that they would have a return/repair or replace policy that matched their standards. Not so much. After I brought it in, the only option they gave me was to fix it with a noticeable patch to cover the hole which could take up to 3 weeks! Even though it’s winter and that’s what I bought the jacket for, I was discouraged but agreed. Now it’s been almost a month with no word about my jacket. They refused to replace the hood and I’ve been suffering without a winter jacket for almost a month. I hope the 280 was worth it because that’s the last item I will be buying from this company and will be buying new clothing from a company who cares about their long term loyal customers!
