β β β β β In love with Camper shoes for years. My no.1 go-to place when I need inspiration, great quality and comfort. The team at the store is always really helpful, especially Diana. She's always pleasant, informative, patient and goes above and beyond the customer's expectations.

β β β β β Extremely disappointed right now, I ordered my shoes online and I received a DHL tracking number that is not trackable. It has been 5 days since I have the tracking number. I have reached DHL and the Customer Service Agent told me a tracking number has been created on my name but DHL hasn't received any package on my name. I have reached Camper Customer Service and no help at all except denying the information from DHL without providing any reasonable explanation.

β β β β β Walked to the store last weekend only to get stopped by the lady working there. She asked us to put masks on. We have been shopping for the whole day that day and went to almost every store in the area and the mall and no one asked us to put a mask on other than this store. The world has moved on but looks like the store management has decided to keep grasping on to covid. This is clearly an ideological thing not a safety thing. I will be contacting their head office to make them aware that they are losing customers because of these decisions.

β β β β β Fairly good in-store experience. No children's shoes in-store. Metered street parking. Ultimately, made purchases online. Shipped from Spain with DHL Express, received shipment in 9 days. Underwhelming quality of children's shoes, especially for an MSRP of $95. Cheap leather quality, wayward glues, and stitching. Had much better experience with similarly priced Geox children's shoes. Overall, appreciate the funky designs, but overpriced considering the quality. Good experience with adult shoes.
