★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not one to leave negative reviews but my overwhelmingly negative experience pushed me to. The staff member who served me was cold and unhelpful. Concluded after a week of useless customer support conversations that my phone not compatible, despite checking that and having sold me a prepaid plan. Told I could not have any refund. So shocked at how bad this company is - not something I've experienced living in many countries. Avoid - very cheap for a reason.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the store on Saturday July 24 at 4.30pm looking to purchase a new iPhone. The store was completely empty and the only employee there had the worst attitude. He seemed bothered to have to give us service, was quite rude and even went ahead and said that if we didn’t like the treatment we could go to a different store. - definitely not the attitude you would want from a sales rep.
I’ve never had a bad experience with Freedom mobile until today but this employee made me want to change carrier.
I recommend choosing another location if you have to go in store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here today, I MEAN I try to enter , it was 5:10pm , the door was locked, the seller saw me, he come , it look like it was not the good time for him, he ask me what I need . Really?? You think the customers want to come in your location like that ? The shop supposed to close at 6pm . Of course I didn't come for new haircut, my wallet was plenty of money for buy the new Google 6 pro but not in your store for sure .

Freedom mobile is so terrible as a phone company that they charged me twice for the month of February when they already took out from my bank account. Worst customer service via phone or in person rep like Chris is a prime example. I wouldn’t recommend this terrible phone company to my worst enemy!

My mom is with freedom mobile and tried to go here because she had a question about her phone and they wouldn't even let her into the store- apparently you can only go in if you're planning to buy a phone- so glad I'm not with these guys. Hilariously, the phone isn't working so she'll need a new one- guess it's time to go to a new provider also.
