★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hidden gem for good unpretentious food. Our party of 13 including 7 kids did not have a reservation and we were catered for without any issues. Ordered food for the hangry kids first and they arrived quickly and servings were huge with reasonable prices. Great find.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best sushi comfort food I have tried so far in Vancouver. It is cheap and it is still good even though it is cheap. I did not expect a comfort sushi restaurant to be as good as this. Recommended downtown area and will go back if I need some comfort sushi!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with my experience - but I guess I should have had lower expectations for a budget sushi restaurant.
I placed an order for takeout upfront. The servers and chefs were nice. The wait wasn't too long, maybe 20 min for 4/5 rolls. HOWEVER - the restaurant had a strong smell of cat-litter/deodorizer. Gave me bad vibes while waiting inside the restaurant. The food was decent - seemed a bit unconventional having sweet potatoes in some of my rolls.
To top this experience off - I had an amazing bout of food poisoning which lasted about a week. Do not recommend this place....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good sushi rolls, fresh sashimi both salmon and tuna. It looks like a hole in the wall type of place but it's not, pleasantly surprised. Would definitely recommend going here. Prices are fair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved this place. Found it recently and liked it so much I went twice in one weekend. They are they only ones I have ever encountered (and I have been to a LOT of sushi restaurants) who put sesame seeds in the nigiri sushi rice. Added a whole depth of flavour I didn’t expect - what a treat. One of my new favourite places when I go to Vancouver now. Thanks for a great discovery!

Teriyaki chicken is good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dragon sushi roll really yummy. Queen E roll just okay as I'm not a fan of sriracha.
Negiri not as good. Maybe not as popular as it was crammed into a small space in the menu. Saba seemed dry and salmon skin had scales on it. (I prefer without.)
Service was great. Although only one other table was occupied and we still had to wait a bit for food.
Decor cool although I'm not a fan of spot lighting in my face as it feels like an inquisition.
