★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great products! My home is looking like a Saje store. Love the skin care line and addicted to the diffusers, liquid sunshine, bloom and unwind are beautiful! Customer service isn't consistent, can be aggressive. Been shopping here for 2 years and there has been so much staff turnover. Having worked in retail for 28 years I know finding good staff is challenging. Overall customer service in many stores along Robson has declined but as long as the products stay awesome I'll continue to buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming to Saje Robson when it just started it's humble beginning and have tried just about every product they sell. Although, the company has expanded and I don't feel the sense of humbleness anymore the quality remains. I often give their products as presents to family and friends they truly do work, love to support a Local company.

Andrea did an amazing job teaching me about Saje. I am a newbie to this brand, and I am now hooked! Thanks again for sharing your passion for Saje with me..... I will now share that with friends and family too!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at this location are amazing. They exceptional customer service I experienced was above and beyond what I am accustomed to from any retailer. I was looking for a Saje product for my girlfriend which happened to be out of season and wouldn't be back in inventory for another 6 months. The associates at the store then offered to gift me their in store trial version of the product. I was overly impressed with the manner in which this location treats their customers and highly recommend them to any other shoppers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually get good customer service but not the last time I was here. Unfortunately I had a snobby girl help me out this time (team #74468). I just don’t understand when a customer shows you that these are the products I’m picking up don’t run to the cash register, offer to take the items to the checkout desk, it’s called giving professional customer service. Don’t act like a princess. Why was this so difficult for her to do? When I worked in retail I would NEVER let the customer do ANY work cuz guess what?! There customers, not workers, huge difference. So please Saje, hire people who actually care about working and making money not fake princesses. Woman up and work with pride! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The products (diffusers and humidifiers) are very pricey but they last for long time. The place is clean and smells good and the staff knows what to recommend to customers. It's a good place to take a look for essential oils which help with stress or giving a great essence at home.
