★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst ever experience at Banana Republic bottom of the barrel security personnel.
Word of advice to the security guy:
Proper etiquette – When observing people having a conversation, do not cut them off mid-sentence to give your opinions. If I want an opinion I will personally ask the store assistant and not the security personnel.
De-escalation Course is recommended. When talking to customers escalating a situation in any way is the exactly opposite of what you were hired there to do.
As a security you are there to provide a safe and comfortable place for people to shop. Observe the 6 foot rule, do not stand in front of the stairs, move to a place where you can do your job, and where people can get around you safely.
If you are stressed out take a day off, not take it out on others.
When asked for identification, by law you are required to provide it.
Word of advice to the store manager. You are responsible for the security and comfort of your customers. Something needs to be done about the blatant disrespect of your patrons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this store compared to other Banana Republic branches in Vancouver and Burnaby because of variation of items here. You can always find good deals at the right time at this store. Sometimes the store is busy but the staff are always helpful regardless. Easy exchange and return if the item is not the right size for you or for any other reasons. Would recommend this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store with great staff! My friend and I were looking for some work clothes a few weeks ago and the sales advisor who helped us was amazing (sorry I don't remember your name!). She pointed out that all the sale items were further discounted, helped us search the racks and brought us things we might like to the changing rooms. She was super helpful and (as we're the sort of girls who get impatient with shopping) we really appreciated her help and suggestions ?

When arriving on the top floor I was greeted by an employee and was asked what I was looking for. The employee was really helpful with my needs. The employee even gave me a quick tip about asking the cash register people to price check the item online.
