Arrive home
took it out from the box and the strap chain is already broken. I'll post pics of the bag and the strap for reference.
Have you seen thus happen before? what do you think are the chances of it happenng again if I do an exchange? I really love the bag but I'm so upset now I don't know what to do
anyways I wanted to know if anyone has had this issue happen to them? I called the store and they just said. REFUND IT! Never offer an apology

The email never arrived. You'd think a designer brand would honour commitments made to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My cousin recommended Lucy to me and she was phenomenal! first ever Prada purchase and the transaction was quick and straight to the point. I didn't expect a freebie, but she gave me a box of Prada Lunar New Year envelopes. Would definitely connect with Lucy again in the near future!
