I hadn gone in and tried on a pair of jeans, which were not cheap, and decided to put them on hold and shop around a bit. When I came back 2 hours later they had sold my jeans and there were none left in my size. The manager was very remorseful and even tracked them down at another aritzia to send them to my home address.. I just received them in the mail and they are so so small! I have been calling all day to talk about returning them and they won't answer their phone. I can't send them myself because I didn't get any receipt or form in the package. Not very impressed as I now have $140 jeans that I can't wear.

Really great store. Pricier side but lots of clothes and different styles. One clerk was so helpful in trying to find my size for a blouse in several stores. I felt so bad she was taking about 15 mins to help but really appreciate and loved that she went beyond to help me out. Downside about this store is that they don't answer their phones. It could be becuase they are such a busy store, I called about 4 times, gave up and decided to go to the store myself. So if you need to speak to someone, it might be better to go to a different store or call their Customer Service phone line

The staff were very helpful and patient with me when I tried on a lot of clothes! They have a great selection of pastels and neutrals. The downside is it's annoying to share a mirror with the other women trying on clothes and they charged me twice for a pair of pants, so now I have to go back.

I bought a parka and a toque from Aritzia in robson street. One of the staff helped me to choose. She was patient and extremely helpful. She brought me different styles and sizes to try. Not pushy at all and gave me good suggestions. I had very good shopping experience. Though staff are nice and helpful, the store policy is annoying. I was told no return or exchange is possible since it's the sales period.

One of the pregnant employees had terrible attitude, rolling her eyes and sighing audibly whenever a customer made a request. I saw a lady ask for a different size of a shirt from inside a changing room, and the pregnant employee just stood in front of the changing room, glaring, before finally answering with an annoyed "YES?" She then leisurely strolled around the store looking at her nails and idly fondling the clothes before bothering to find the requested shirt, and then took the scenic route back to the lady nearly 10 minutes later. Because of her, the entire atmosphere of the store felt suffocating and unfriendly, and I felt as if she was glaring at me and judging me the whole time I shopped. On a better note, the store's aesthetic was very pleasing, and the clothing available was not only in a great variety but was also very high quality. The clothing had a slightly vintage feel to it, while somehow also being very modern and chic. I feel like anyone from 15 - 50 can find something they like in this store. Only thing I would like changed with the store is the fact they have NO MIRRORS in the changing rooms, only outside in a semi-private room. What's the point of a changing room without a mirror? And it's not like I would feel comfortable going outside to see how I look in one of the bralettes I tried on. I felt incredibly awkward as I ducked outside when I thought nobody was there just to see that the bralette was too small and definitely not stranger-appropriate. Would definitely recommend checking this store out as long as that one very unpleasant employee was not present, and if you are comfortable with trying on possibly ill-fitting clothing in front of the entire store.

I really enjoy visiting this particular location as the staff is usually attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Unlike other locations, the sales associates are helpful and professional. The store is quite spacious and very well laid out. It is very easy to find merchandise, sizes are always in stock. The change rooms are clean, with mirriors in them. Overall, pleasant experience at the register too. I enjoy going there in the AM as it is not as crowded and the music level is pretty tolerable.

Wish I could give 0 star to this location. The sales associate I dealt with was super rude and rushed me through checkout. She was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. treated me with no respect. It might have been the end of her shift or just overall not a good day for her, but that's no excuse...

I seriously just want to buy everything in here. The colours of the clothing in their collections are always in line with my preferences. I am also pleased with the fact that I can rely on their brand to fit me.
