★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience. Went there 3 times, and everytime the staff went out of their way to help. The SA Crystal was very helpful and patient. My son was running around, but the person at the door was very attentive and made sure he stays indoor. As a parent that's one less thing to worry about. Next day, I was running late but their engraving specialist waited to talk in person, and stayed back longer than his hours to finalize the customization I wanted. Another day, the manager went out of her way to help me with a parking situation. Very happy with the purchase. Thank you all for making my anniversary gift special.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever!! Beware of buying online and returning it to this store. They didn't accept the bag I purchased online just because the metal part has a "scratch". How could that happen? I RECEIVED THE BAG LIKE THAT. I tried it on and returned it to the original packaging. I checked the bags they have in store and it's the same thing. The metal part is not 100% shiny. The "scratch" part they were saying is just UNBELIEVABLE!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the store with my friend, the SA named Dean was very friendly even we were just browsing around. He is very passionate and knowledgeable about the brand as well. The store seems small but it has everything. We will definitely come back to Gucci and shop from Dean!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Who ever is Managing this store should be fired. The customer service in a name brand is absolutely unacceptable. I was asked to wait outside the store because the 2 sales clerks were apparently busy. I pointed out that there were 2 people in the store and 3 sales associates. But the security guard repeated that I must wait outside. I then pointed out that at this point I simply want to see what items they had and again was told I must wait outside the store.
If this is a reflection of the Gucci brand then I believe many of us ( I have a collection of Gucci) can move to another brand! Shame on you.

Great customer service and she left me a Happy Birthday card in my bag, which I think is a part of great customer service. She definitely has a great products knowledge and helped me choose one of the pairs as I was confused between a couple. My shoes are so comfortable, I can’t begin to describe, 100X better than my Yeezys. Fully satisfied with my purchase. Thank you, Katerina! ♥️
