★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indigo is an example why I hope brick and mortar bookstores never close. It's unparalleled the feeling of running into a great book that was just sitting on the shelf waiting to be picked. The store also carries some great quality items for the house and inspiring gift ideas.

Wonderful game selection as well. Also a pretty decent selection of graphic novels.
Nice big table upstairs that you can take a longer look at the books you might want to purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More books than I expected! This sounds like a silly statement, but most large bookstores like this tend to sell more trinkets than actual books nowadays.
They had a great selection of books, and I was able to find something that was not stocked in most places.
Store layout was a little less straightforward than I would have liked, but it didn't take me too long to navigate.
Tl;Dr is that it's actually a good bookstore.

There is something very nice about the customer service here. They are so friendly, and it really shows they enjoy working here. I am happy to support a store with a good culture.

This location has a big section for kids and babies too!

Great store with friendly staff. Besides books, there is a large stationery section in the ground floor & many homewares & lifestyle items on the second floor (and books)!
Also you can buy online & pick up in store which is very convenient. A great place to find gifts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a while, large chain bookstores seems to be on the verge of extinction, but things seems to have stabilized and they are still in business. While the sizes are still smaller than from their heyday, this one is still pretty big, with a lot of book selections on the two floors. I like that I can also get board games and some toys here too, which gives the store more variety. When things are actually back to normal, I would love to spend more time here. It will be a nice trip down memory lane, because it is still the same model they used years ago, only a bit more compact.
