And btw, check out these toys aren’t they the cutest thing ever? The staff (assuming owner) taught me how to treat your customers even in this challenging time. Our apologies for mistakenly touching your toys but we just want to say thank you so much!

I bought a Secure ID wallet, and 18 hours later, I went to change it to the other type, and they refused to refund my money; instead, Mark offered store credit. Maybe recession was not the only reason that number of stores shrunk from 5 to 1.
