I bought transition glasses and in less than 6 months the colouring on one of the lenses started changing and basically there was a fade of blue covering half of it. I sent my glasses for testing, and the girl working there told me she called the manufacturer and it was a defect in the lenses during manufacturing. So we sent it for repair, and I got a call from Eyes Inspire that it will cost me $50 to fix it, which didn't make any sense to me since the defect was in the original lenses I was sold. I went to the shop, had long conversations, and escalated my issue and eventually spoke with the owner directly. However, they insisted they "can't do anything for me". The owner was very nice, but the situation didn't really make sense to me. At the end, I told them I don't think I should pay anything to fix an original defect that was sold to me, it was Eyes Inspire's or the manufacturer's responsibility to cover that for me. I told them you can either do this for me for free, or this 50$ will be the last transaction between you and me as a customer. Unfortunately they chose the latter option and I'm not going back there anymore.

Have been a repeat customer for many years & have purchased over 5 pairs. They also have the ability to process your benefits claim which is convenient. Jennifer is very knowledgeable & was proficient in helping me find the right lens. When my glasses arrived, they did not fit right, Jennifer had them adjusted free of charge & even offered to have this service completed at any of their 3 store locations - superb customer service! I highly recommend this store for your optical needs & encourage seeing Jennifer.

She was extremely patient with me when I tried on too many frames and was having difficulty making a decision. She gave me her honest opinions which I really appreciated. She never rushed me even though other potential customers arrived while I deliberating. She was also able to give me a much better price than a competitor was offering and with better lenses! I look forward to seeing her again when I go to pick up my glasses. Thank you again, Eryn!

Shout out to Jennifer who has been so patient and honest with her feedback every time I look for a new addition. She has been helping me for years and I always return to her! One time I had an issue with my prescription (from another company that messed up), and they were very helpful and told me what I needed to do and also remade my lense with no hassle. They have great customer service, high quality frames and I am always getting the best deals from them. Highly recommend to everyone.

I recently brought a damaged pair of glasses to the store hoping to repair. Unfortunately, repair wasn't possible. However, Eryn helped me arrange for an exchange with the manufacturer. I ended up replacing the pair with a brand new one with reasonable cost. Eryn went above and beyond to help me find the best way to replace the damaged glasses. She's professional and patient. I highly recommend Eryn and Eye Inspire to anyone!

I got my very first pair of progressive lenses over there and I wasn’t sure how they would turn out. The manager, Jennifer, spared no efforts in finding the best products and options for me and her entire team have always gone the extra mile to answer my questions and accommodate my needs.
