She was professional and very easy to talk to, and even provided some helpful tips and recommendations for my dry eyes + eyelids. If you're looking for a new optometrist, Dr. Chin is it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an excellent full comprehensive eye exam with Dr. Heather Chin and I was able to get special eye drops and an eye mask that has helped me tremendously with a condition I've struggled with for the last two years. I can't wait to get my eye glasses on order from here. Great customer service too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never been so impressed with the level of care and great service by a doctor and her staff. I have seen 7 different doctors in the past 3 months regarding my eye situation and none of them seemed to care about my issue as much as Dr. Chin did. Although fully booked, she was able to squeeze me in to see her immediately. At the appointment she was extremely understanding, caring, attentive, knowledgeable, detail-oriented and genuinely a nice, honest person. I even received follow up emails on how to care for my eye and she took the extra step to make sure I had the best care ever! I am so excited to book my kids to come to see her too! I have found the best Optometrist ever! Thank you Dr. Chin!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Chin is amazing. I had been dealing with several clinic doctors and two trips to the ER for blepharitis. While on medication for this I also developed conjunctivitis. I then saw Dr Chin who reviewed the course of treatment I was currently on and then prescribed additional drops. My eye was 1000 times better within 48 hours! She is very personable, extremely knowledgeable and cares about her patients. I had an equally pleasant follow up visit where she answered all my remaining questions and I feel better physically and emotionally. If you are looking for an optometrist, I highly recommend her. You will not regret it.
