★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Biggest Scammers in town. They subdivide the parking lots into different lots so when you pay, there is a high chance you don't enter the lot # so you end up paying for parking and getting ticketed. This place is really horrible. BC consumer protection should look into their practices

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be very careful and keep your receipt for the ticket payments for a year or more. I received an $80 fine from them 3 months after I had parked at one of their location. As it happened I had paid for my parking by MasterCard and I could prove that. Why would they give me a fine when I had paid fully for my parking and why would they send me a fine 3 months after the fact. Can you imagine how many people pay by cash and don't have no proof after 3 months. Multiply that by $80???!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cant get a hold of anyone, when you need to. They are great at taking your money bought disappear after when you need them. Email they gave me to contact them bounces from their server with a message that its not set up correctly. The online help doesn't have an option for event parking pass which is my problem. Call the number given and it is constant voicemail. No one has yet returned my message 24 hours later.
