I was impressed by the level of care that I had never been provided at any other optometry clinic. I was pleased that they also spoke Cantonese.

If you enjoy driving all the way there to pick up contacts ... just so they can close just about 30 minutes early ... this may be the office for you If you enjoy a circus full of reception related miscommunication, this may be the office for you I can't even get my prescription from these guys to order contacts elsewhere. I'm literally re taking an entire eye exam tomorow somewhere else just to acquire my prescription just because I haven't gotten my prescription from the reception properly nor do I want to continue business with these guys. Regardless of the fact that my last eye exam was this year. I'm just going to take another exam to get a new prescription elsewhere. Not worth the circus over the phone or in person. Like I said. I have been going here for over ten years. Dr. Chow is a nice guy. But his reception team has a combined I.Q of 37. Definitely have had enough. I'm actually livid with the amount of inconvenience they have caused in the past year.

The reception team is exceptional and organized and Dr Chow is very professional where performing eye care appointments. Would definitely recommend coming here and always have a great time!

Dr K Chan was great in the examination, and used analogies and examples that made the information very easy to understand. They also took the time to really understand my questions, both in what I was saying as well as my underlying concerns - and went the extra mile to explain all the possible options. Highly recommend them for any of your optometric needs!

There is a large selection of glasses and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The doctor was also friendly and knowledgeable and my eye check up went smoothly, and they even helped me put in my contact lenses! I never enjoy going to the optometrist’s office but the doctor made me feel very comfortable and put me at ease throughout the entire appointment. It’s difficult to find a place that cares about your concerns and is willing to help, I’m very glad to have found this optometry clinic.

There are a variety of glasses from small ones to big ones. Dr. Chow and Dr. Chan are very professional at doing their jobs and extremely patient and thoughtful with their clients. The staffs treat all their clients with respect and makes you feel very welcomed. They always take their time to go through my eye exams to make sure I get the right prescriptions. I am extremely thankful for their hospitality and I'll continue to go there every year!
