A	Anika on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really amazing place to go for hair, especially if you want a Japanese style of cut or colour. The staff are all extremely friendly and professional. The price to service ratio is also very low, honestly I think they should charge more than they do. I had bleaching done as well as colour and a cut and it was only around 250$. Shino is an incredible stylist and really knows what she is doing! I had previous colour and bleaching in my hair and she was able to work some serious magic to make my hair even and healthy looking! After the fist colour and bleach she even went the extra mile by saying "I think we should make this section darker and add a little to this upper colour part." She certainly could have just left my hair the way it was after the first round but she took the time (an extra 1.5 - 2 hours!!) and effort to make my hair beautiful.
R	Rebecca Leung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted a change from virgin black hair to an ashy-neutral brown so I decided to make an appointment there! The whole thing took about three hours. My only issue is that the color I asked for (with reference photos) wasn’t the color I got (much lighter, almost blonde). I think she wasn’t expecting my hair to go light so fast from the bleach. The customer experience overall was great (my hairstylist was really lovely), but the result wasn’t what I expected unfortunately. My total for 1 bleach from virgin hair, color and olaplex treatment was $300. EDIT: I went back and my stylist altered the color so it was closer to what I wanted. I am in love with the color now!! She was really sweet and apologetic that my hair didn’t turn out the way I wanted. I would definitely go back there again, they treat their clients very well and are very professional.

I showed her some vague pictures and she exceeded what I wanted. I’m not a very talkative person but she made me feel comfortable the entire experience. She’s very careful and experienced :) I’m hoping to come back in a few months to dye it again before I go for vacation!

She asked me questions to make sure she knows what I wanted and also suggested style to get closer to my ideal. I felt my ideas were respected. One of the things that I really liked was the massage. She massaged my head during shampooing which was really nice and relaxing. I really enjoyed chatting with her too. She was very friendly. I was perfectly satisfied with everything. I will definitely go back there again. Shino is highly recommended.

I was very excited before I made my appointment with this hair salone…But when I received the service ( I chose the Owner) that day it wasn’t treated well. He strongly rejects the customer’s ideas during the counselling for example. It would have better if he would have given me ideas. When washing my hair, he only told me to “follow me” bluntly even though idn how or where to go…Also the water is cold and splashes on my face. I expected a scalp massage when my hair was washed, but I didn’t get one. However, there were Female staff and they were more polite, respectful, and careful than owner I guess. Even if he have good colouring and cutting skills, I wouldn’t want to go back if he the service is bad.

Such a lovely experience, Shino is so sweet and kind and the head massage during the shampooing was amazing. She even made a suggestion to put some purple streaks along with the pink and I love it so much. Highly recommend this place!
