โ โ โ โ โ I bought seafood a few times at this location and enjoyed it. Today I bought a crab and paid for almost double than I used to. When I cooked the crab it contained most water not crab meat. I told them about it but the clerk treated me like I lied to them. They said they can't do anything for me. Really poor customers service!

โ โ โ โ โ I was there yesterday looking for something in particular. The gentleman stocking the shelf went out of his way to get someone who could help me.
Given this current age of social stressors, itโs nice to know inside the store we are treated with compassion and care.
He advised me that he couldnโt provide what I needed but spent the time finding someone who could.
The pricing in the store is economical and the value is high.
Given the urban location and diverse populace this store serves, they break barriers, treat people respectfully, and appear to value community.
Thank you for making this such a positive environment!

I have been here for thirty years and T & T bakery is my first choice; however, it is shocking to me. I ordered a cake for my wife. The cake tasted so bad and was not fresh. Also, I was ordered in the morning and picked up at 3:00 pm, I observed the worker was making a chocolate tag when I pick up my cake, also the letter I request which is made with cream. the wordings melted when I back home, I was so angry at that time. If your workers did not happy to work on that, I highly recommend they quit their job. Please do not buy any cake from them! Not fresh!

โ โ โ โ โ I asked an employee about a product, and he said "no more", implying they're sold-out. My spidey-sense told me to not believe him, so I ended up asking a customer in an aisle and she was able to direct me to the product. Staff should be better trained on product knowledge. Otherwise, product selection seemed good, and I like their exotic fruits.

โ โ โ โ โ I love the staff in this store, as theyโre really helpful. They were all shocked to hear a black man speak fluent Mandarin.
HOWEVER, it seems like the (Indian) security guard was told to follow or monitor black folks, as Iโve gone to the store several times, and Iโve been followed on three different times. I had to literally shout at him to stop from following me.

โ โ โ โ โ Love this super market, amazing live seafood, and good quality meat. always buy their whole chickens which come with full head and feet, which makes it amazing for making soups. They've got their own bakery which bake very decent bread and cakes daily. I love their Portuguese tarts and double cheese cakes. They usually have some exotic fruit and vegetables, and cookies and cakes from Asia. Sometimes they are overpriced but it is worth to try. Love to go and explore once in a while to check out all the new stuff they bring specially near the lunar new year.

โ โ โ โ โ This downtown T&T is closer to where I live, so I come here once or twice a week. This supermarket sells mostly Asian products. The quality and prices are good, but sometimes the origin of the produce is confusing. The cabbage has a sign that says "product of China, product of Canada". Last week, I bought a bag of cooked scallops and on the packaging, it said, Japanese scallops, but it also said harvested in Japan and processed in China, how is this possible? I was confused. Today, I bought two buns from the hot food section. It's still warm, but half of it was hard as a rock. I called them and they suggested that I steam it again, but I think the bun must have been there for a long time, so long that the bottom had dried out. One of the staff , Joanna, offered me a refund. I'm glad they turned the situation around. I will continue to shop here.
