★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have come to the HC express downtown Vancouver location for 3 years now and every time I come out satisfied with my hair cut. The staff are fast and they maintain a clean environment. I am always happy with my hair cut. Just a heads up, I was told the price of the hair cut is now $25 instead of $15!
Are prices now $25 across all locations or just the downtown location?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been cutting here for years.the price of a single haircut has gone up a little bit .But if buy they are voucher book the one time price still cheaper. Good value.Every hair dresser here has been very patient and professional and they done a very good job of sanitizing during the COVID-19 and I feel safe here. High recommend ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a long time "high and tight skin fade" style guy and its not always easy to find someone who does this well, especially the skin fade part. Linda is kind, professional, takes her time, detail orientated and clearly wants to do a great job. I am always happy with my haircuts with her and observe the same with her other customers both male and female. As a bonus, the price cannot be beat!

The staff(Linda) is really amazing !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to this place a few times, they're usually pretty good at cutting hair at a very affordable cost but this time was different, I paid the lady $20 cash at the beginning when she asked for $18 taxes included.
I asked the her to part my hair, she did at the very beginning but halfway through, she parted it again. I do however agree that the second part was a better spot but what I didn't like was that she never told me she made a mistake and never asked me if I wanted to part it again, she just proceeded to part it.
I was upset but it's already been done and it'll grow back but as I was leaving, she says the $18 was the cost of the haircut and asked for a tip?!
Not only she didn't give me any change back for the initial $20, she screwed up on parting my hair and then she has the nerve to ask for more money? I gave her $5 because I didn't have any change with me but that will be the last time I go here.
