β β β β β I've been going to Katie's Nails for several months now for manicures and pedicures. Katie and her team do a great job and it's a really fun atmosphere. I've gone a few times with groups of 4 or 5 people. Katie is very accommodating. Would highly recommend!

β β β β β Hasnt been a week and the gel polish isnβt holding onto my nail, as well as not enough coats and you can see my actual nail underneath, not what I wanted but didnβt say anything hoping they would grow on me but the fact one peeled causing my nail to chip, ladies were very kind but I am disappointed in my experience

I got a mani & pedi... the leg and foot massage was amazing and my nails turned out great. Its been a week and my gel mani hasn't chipped yet. I will definitely be going back and would recommend Katie's to my friends

β β β β β Not far from the busy street of Abbott, this slightly out of the way nail salon is like a hidden treasure in the city. My Dad and I gave a pedicure a try and we were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the experience was and how much good attention was given to us. Excellent business. Thanks Katie and crew!

β β β β β I rarely get my nails done but the few times I have I've gotten a gel polish and it's peeled off the next day. The staff working on my nails took such care and the gel polish lasted for three full weeks on my natural nail. The staff is also friendly and the price is fair I've never had such good quality service before!

β β β β β I've been going to Katie's Nails regularly for about a year and I'm very happy her services. The first time, I walked in (because her outdoor sign says walk-ins are welcome). Right away, I had excellent attention that lasted throughout my visit. I'd never had a gel manicure before. Katie's explanation was thorough and assured me that the gel was a good process that wouldn't harm my nails. My nails looked fantastic when she was finished and I was hooked from then on. I've been back every two or three weeks ever since and have always been delighted with the results.
Katie's salon is super-clean, well-lit, comfortable and welcoming. Katie herself is highly professional while also being warm and friendly. No hype or up-selling at all!
After a few months, I decided to brave a pedicure. I'd never had one before and was a bit unsure about the whole thing. I don't like others handling my feet. But by then, I'd gotten to know Kim, who does the pedicures, and felt like I could trust her. It turned out to be a wonderful experience. I'm never going to do my own pedis again! Kim is very kind, patient and more gentle than I'd ever thought possible. She knows all about people feeling nervous, ticklish and just very cautious. I had no worries with her that day, or any time since then. Kim is terrific!
I like that Katie's salon is small. It feels comfortably intimate and friendly. I would recommend it to anyone who wants thorough care from a fun-loving professional team.
