She is extremely good at her job and is very friendly. Also, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the chair was comfy, and the area was super clean. Highly recommend!

I am very satisfied with the level or service she provided in hair trim, root bleaching and color toning. I like the fact she is using all high end organic hair products in her salon. Her prices were very reasonable unlike some other hair salons I've been to in the past. I would be frequenting her business from now on.

And, I absolutely love it?
First of all, she was very friendly and welcoming. And I liked the way she cut my hair only using a shear even for thinning as well to not creat the frizzy ends. Also, not only her scalp massage was amazing but also the chair was so comfy.
And this finish look I got is beautiful.
I will definitely come back here. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I finally found a hairstylist who knows how to work with my hair and face shape! Right away, she knew the best ways to reduce the thickness of my hair (ex. layers) and how to cut side bags for me so that it best complements my face shape. Also, when I wash my hair the next day or two, my hair isn't wonky looking because the amount of layers done is proportionate to the weight of my hair.
Her services are very affordable and I always drive from Richmond to Chinatown just to get a haircut from her. I highly recommend her!
Note: I have black, very straight, heavy virgin hair.
