β β β β β I got my lash lift with Jenny last week and it still looks so great. Obviously, take less time for me to get rdy in the morning ? Thanks to Jenny. She was a very sweet girl, performing professional service by explaining the process in details. Would love to come back to her again or to Lia, the lovely lady to get my extension!!!

β β β β β I got an eyelash extension at Ringo yesterday.
I wanted to change my mood, but i couldnβt find a shop which has good technician, since i came to Van. You know what itβs too hard to find a shop which is exactly suitable shop to me. But now i found.
They have good customer service as well as skill. If you have some bad experience on an eyelash extension, no worries anymore HERE.
At the first time, we had some miss communication, but they tried to do their best for me. I think business has to involves after service as well as good skill. It was amazing. Iβll be there again.
I recommend Angella and their Head technician.

β β β β β Lia is an angel when it comes to creating the fluffy lashes. She walked me through the whole appointment making sure I was happy w my lashes. I like it when honestly and kindness are provided when i come to my beauty appointment. Definitely recommended! ?

β β β β β I have been getting my lashes done for 10+ years at various locations around the city. I have even travelled as far as Coquitlam for a decent lash girl. When you go to Ringo Lash Lounge the first time they will let you know that if you write a review you can receive $10 off your fill or next service. As fantastic as it is to receive money off, I am not writing this review for the $10 off. I want to provide an honest review so people can decide whether or not this location is ideal for them. With that said, I am so happy with their service. Not only do they actually care about their customers, the beds are so comfortable and they are super conveniently located in the downtown area. I have never once fallen asleep whilst getting my lashes done, but here, I fell asleep in seconds! (If you have ever been to Noir, you know how extremely uncomfortable their beds are). I took advantage of their Happy Hour Special, which is pretty decent considering they offer the special to return customers; itβs not like a one-time thing. This lash lounge is more focused on customer retention as opposed to high turn-over. I find when a boutique storeβs business motto is about retention you are more likely to receive individualized service. More on the lashes; I asked for a Natural look I got more than what I asked for. My lashes are a month + old and I still have so many lashes. Communicating with the owner (I assume itβs the owner) is easy via text to arrange your appointment and they seem to be fairly flexible.

β β β β β I did my lashes for the first time ever and decided to go with ringo lash lounge. I met with the lash tech Jane and she was very friendly and explained about what shape would compliment my eyes and the longest extension my lashes will be able to handle. She was gentle on my eyes. I'm glad I found Jane! She lefft with a beautiful volume set! Definitely recommend her to everyone.

β β β β β I ALWAYS get beautiful lashes when I get them done here. The very friendly service, price point, atmosphere, is wonderful. Lia is amazing at her craft. She has the lightest hands ever! I end up falling asleep because she's so gentle and takes care of you. Thank you, Lia for always being so generous and making me look and feel pretty! See you on my next fill! :)
