★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had mostly a fine experience with this location/storage. After rental, which was supposed to last 2-3 months but ended up being 2 years (thanks to covid) I didn't need to interact with any staff. I could come/go as needed within the alotted hours. However, at the end of my time, I was clearing out my unit and left one large piece of art that wouldn't fit in my SUV. I posted it on FB Marketplace for free because I had no way of transportation that wasn't expensive and a hassle. I had arranged for someone to pick up the very next afternoon. In the morning I received a rude phone call from someone on staff accusing me of "dumping" my belongings because I left the picture IN MY LOCKER that was PAID up for the month, of which I still had a full week left. They said that I should have read my rental agreement because by forgetting to put the lock back on, I was no longer renting that space. I was extremely annoyed and disappointed that they didn't call with concern for my belongings rather than an unfounded accusation. That one interaction will prevent me from wanting to give them my business in the future or recommend to friends. Poor customer service in that regard. Especially because when I explained the situation they did not apologize but simply blamed me for not reading the agreement. Please tell me who still has a copy of that after 2 years and 2 moves during a pandemic?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience. Awesome staff. The hallways and bathrooms are always clean. We are already renting a unit but needed a second one. We showed up with a cube truck with a load that would not fit in our existing unit. They discussed what options were available and allowed us to rent a unit on the first floor for short term.

Also, when moving out of the locker, we didn't have to give notice; we just simply paid the pro rate for the extra day. It was a quick move out as well. Fast, with no hassle. I would definitely recommend public storage as they made things super easy for my husband and me. Thank you, PS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff at this location is just incredible. Paris and Michael were amazing and very dedicated to help me and other tenants.
I had special request to rent unit for just one night and it was tough to find a good deal. Paris provided me different options and helped to get the unit for a reasonable price.
Moreover, while walking around the storage, Paris made sure to check-in with every tenant we met and made sure they had everything they needed. Very impressed with dedication and customer commitment. Definitely recommend this location.
