A	Armin Pyde on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is awful to deal with! The lady at the office was rude, unprofessional and totally useless. We had a confirmed reservation to pick up a moving truck from this location and when we showed up to pick it up at the designated pick up time, she told us that there was no truck and that they do not rent out rental moving trucks. No good morning, how can I help you, sorry there has been a mistake made on your reservation. Avoid this place like the plaque, they are terrible. Thanks for your answer, but you have avoided answering as to why your customer representative was so rude and unprofessional and of no assistance what so ever. And so because the reservation system made a mistake, now it is the customers problem to solve?

I reserved a unit for February 28, 2022 and once I arrived with all my stuff in a van I rented for that specific day of my reservation, I was then greeted by a piece of printer paper slapped on the door saying they were open today even though they re open 7 days a week and I booked my reservation for that day which ended up with me calling Uhaul and having to go all the way to south burnaby to a different stored location and also extend my van rental. How do you decided to close a storage facility on last day of the month and also not give a heads up to those with reservations. If i could give no stars I would.

The phone was rarely answered and for over a week that I tried it said "mailbox full" so you couldn't leave a message. After finally speaking to someone, I had a locker booked and a move in date/time and price confirmed by email. On the day of the move in I was told prices had been increased (even though the written quote I had matched the prices on their website) and that the locker that I had booked had been given to someone else (bait and switch?). The woman was snarly and acted like this was all somehow my mistake and that I should just take the smaller locker she was offering. This was not a suitable option and I was left in a last minute scramble. I have gone to another company in the neighbourhood (bigger unit/better price - so good for me). But the amount of time I wasted dealing with a very unprofessional, and in my opinion unethical, business left me stressed and worn out. There are many, much better options for storage on this side of the city.

Overall excellent service, reasonable pricing and the staff was super helpful. Marcela provided all necessary information as to accessing the unit, showing us the facility and a friendly and welcoming demeanor (necessary during moves). Would definitely use Guardian Storage services again!
m	matt louie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guardian Storage is great. The location is convenient and the lockers are nice and clean. I had to quickly book a locker and store things on the same day and they were very accommodating. The customer service is amazing and were always very helpful.
i	isela vargas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found out about this service in 2016 through Google Maps, I was looking for a storage located near to Vancouver downtown because I was moving from Toronto and going to work and live nearby. The phone service was efficient, the girl who answered was friendly and explained the options according to my budget. I had experimented this type of service with the famous storage, (orange color) which was expensive but clean and sure my belongings were safe, so I was looking for something similar but more affordable, when I arrived surprisingly the place had nothing to ask in comparition to the other, but much better prices. Now in 2021 I decided to move overseas for some time, and I did not hesitate to have them as a furniture storage service again. The prices are still affordable, and the quality is the same, great as the first time I contracted them. I am still away and my belongings are still there because I feel calm since I trust that my things are safe with them for a fair price.
