I’ve booked a car for 9.30 pm as it was available on the website. I randomly called to ask more info to find out the car isn’t even available. This is my first bad review ever and the only reason why I’m doing this is because the service via phone was terrible. Other than running a badly operated business the lady seems to think that we are all waisting her time. Good luck with this trash.

We drove past the location once and then found the front. We then saw the small sign that the real entrance is really at the back in the alley. The customer service lady was only kind of helpful and they had a very limited number of boxes in small and medium in stock. The boxes were also about 15-20% more than the website because they are a dealer. I wouldn't go here again. I'll just get my boxes next time from the near by Home Depot that has better selection for less money and hassle.

The receptionist was the worst I've ever experienced. Me and my boyfriend couldnt find the location so I called and she explained that the van was not ready and there's no nothing she can do. Literally that's what she said no explaining no apology. Then she says there's another customer I can't deal with you. So I go into the building were she continues her attitude. She was on the defense straight away saying this isn't my fault. I explain I know it's not your fault but what can you do to resolve it. Then she goes talks with another customer and right infront of our face they talk about how rude we were. We literally asked one question. That's it. We were upset of how she was speaking to me and that was all. Then my boyfriend tells to her we literally did nothing and you were so unprofessional making us feel horrible infront of another customer. Both my boyfriend and I have have worked in customer service for 10 years and we know number one rule is don't blame the customer for your bad day. Don't react. I will never use U-Haul again. Please train your receptionist or have a decision with her (location 7th Vancouver) that this is the wrong approach and if you have a bad day don't blame the customer because they were told the van would be ready at the certain the when it wasn't.

Uhaul staff member was MIA for 15minutes, which delayed everything in my itinerary. I was also not shown where the truck was. It took some time to figure that out as well. Not my best experience, but the job got down and the price was right.

I have to admit that I was very pleasantly surprised. I had a very small credit with a U-Haul company from another area, and I went in to try and use it at this location. Miriam was determinedly very helpful, and so very pleasant. I was so surprised as I didn't expect so much effort to be put into making the credit acceptable as she really had to work at finding the correct codes so that her business could be reimbursed for this credit. For any other uhaul needs or storage that I might nee down road I will definitely contact them.

Where do I start? The fact that the street address is not the actual address? Nah. It’s alway fun to hunt around for the actual place when you’re on a deadline! The rudeness of the lady at the pickup point once you find the place? How about the fact that once you get to the van it smells like someone just moved a team of pigs. Nice smell to spend your day in because there are no other vans with human smells available. Complain? β€œTalk to Uhaul, this is Guardian storage”. Aces. Oh and don’t forget about the fact that the vans are parked at a huge incline in a narrow back alley, with multiple evidence of people who don’t usually drive vans having backed into the neighbouring wall. Better take that insurance! (But be careful, the roof isn’t covered even if you take it). What a pathetic joke of a business. Strongly advise you pay a little more and hire literally anywhere else.

The receptionist lady is very patient and helpful. She contacted UHaul for me when there was something going on with the van and helped me resolved the problem.

Caution for the box monster! It almost got me on a few occasions. I want my ball of hash back. I love this place. Makes me so happy.
