Was super nice to have especially since covid, as socializing outside the house is more challenging now. Heck I’d live in two houses if it made sense financially.

I've met some great friends and feel totally at home here, and I haven't had a single bad experience with a roommate, house manager, or landlord. Would highly recommend to any young person looking to live with roommates in Vancouver!

Lots of my housemates have gone on to be really close friends, even since I've moved out. I have so many fond memories of sharing brunches, playing board games, and late movie nights. There was always things going on to fill my time or adventures to go on, and I definitely appreciated the company during the early stages of COVID. They make the houses such comfortable, beautiful spaces that really feel like home.

Together as a house, we had to consult with all the other housemates what they thought about the individual(s) viewing the house as a potential housemate. We had to vet and say "no" more often to those who applied to live in our residence before saying "yes" to only a handful. The result is a house that supports each other, knows how to have fun, treats each other with respect, does their part to help with the house, contributes to the house's wellbeing and share similar values! Now, that's a great and rare combination for a living place! We are not just acquaintances - we are family. :)
