B	Becky Ip on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ cannot provide professional advice to the owner and staff is not knowledge and helpful. The answer always is "i don't know , you are the owner , you have to fix it yourself". The most ridiculous thing is Kingsley site manager's manner was rude, not well trained and ORDER the owner or tenant to follow her instructions. What I think a good site manager should be friendly , always communicate with owners and tenants and knowledgeable.

E	Eunice Chung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've submitted my tenant's information on the Awm Alliance website twice and my tenant's information is still not showing up in the Concierge's system. Now my tenant is being denied access to the buildings facilities. The Strata manager is also unprofessional in the way they deal with complaints. Basically told me to tell Concierge of smoking complaints, but when I goto the Concierge, they tell me to tell the Strata manager instead. No one is held accountable and no one is actually solving any problems.

The lady in the phone call told me to reach another number cause she's not dealing with my request, and nobody anymore answered both her number and the number she gave me. Not only me in the building feels receiving letters from AWM company be like a nightmare. They don't notice you for anything before give a random amount of fine. Had paid $600 fine in first 5 months since moved in. $400 fine was late payment charge for strata fee, but I paid the cheque on time to our building manager. The office said they can't collect cheque every day from the building manager so fault was on my side. They took 3 months for reviewing my dispute request, and it wouldn't make any difference as expected. The strata manager Michael Boyling was very rude and hard to communicate during the entire process. Even their own people recommend me to contact someone else in the office instead of him. I understand some property owners choose AWM because they don't know all these happened to their buyers or tenants. Should know that to buy or rent a property under them gonna bring you unlimited headaches, try it you will know.

The strata manager was awful, he wouldn’t respond to emails unless prompted four or five times, and would always duck responsibility. I assume he was fired as he no longer works for the company. Rupinder replaced him and is doing a wonderful job. She replies to all emails promptly and is happy to help with day to day issues and needs. For example, when I asked the old manager about a broken buzzer he said “not my problem”, but when I asked Rupinder about info so I could get it fixed myself she said it was a persistent issue with the internet installers unplugging hard lines for the buzzers, and she sent someone in to promptly get it fixed. We are so happy to have someone at the helm who cares about our ability to enjoy our home. As first time owners this is essential.
D	Dena Ashbaugh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alex Boatman at the Whistler AWM location manages our complex and is by far the most outstanding property manager we have ever worked with. We own investment properties and most of our other dealings with other management companies have been a nightmare, even to the point to selling a unit because we were done dealing with Pacific Quorum. Alex is extremely responsive, knowledgeable and professional. He answers concerns within minutes. He makes owning our unit remotely a dream. Having AWM manage the Whistler complex we invest in next purchasing factor.

They managed my strata for a few years and the manager in charge Michael Boyling was quite unhelpful on matters concerning safety of the residents. There were glass bottles and other projectiles constantly falling on residents private property from the apartments high up nearly fatally injuring people multiple times and they were made well aware of these incidents but were completely non-responsive. The most they did was send out emails which didn't stop the issue. They seem to want to wait for someone to get injured instead of actually getting off their butts and doing something.

Sean is actually the agent for our tower and is responsive and provides adequate communication for upcoming maintenance and other necessary reminders. Appreciate the support the company provides to making condo living a less stressful experience.
