★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a tenant. Kat Eagleson is mostly nonresponsive, and when she finally does, often condescending. So does her employees. My building used to be perfectly managed by the previous company until Eagleson took over. Common area is dirty, no heating for long periods in the winter, nothing gets fixed unless you keep emailing them, contractors entering suite without notice... You name it, they've done it. Avoid if you are a tenant.

Any issue is remedied in a timely fashion with plenty of communication so I don’t feel left in the dark. I will continue to use Eagleson properties and recommend them to anyone I hear looking for a safe and comfortable new home.

The place was furnished with plenty of clean linens when we arrived. Kat ensured we were comfortable and supplied with everything we needed. We will definitely rent from Eagleson again some day when we return to Vancouver!
