Nels from Home2Stay installed a lift for myself in 2017 and I was so happy with the great service I received from him. Recently, my lift had little bit problem, I called Nels and he found it was caused by the initial installation so he fixed the problem for me without extra charge. I am so impressed by his professionalism and integrity. I strongly recommend Home2Stay to my friends or anyone whoever need services they could provide because they are so reliable!!!

Professional and expert hand rail installation. I recently had Home2Stay install a handrail on a curved stair for my parents. Jason explained how the handrail installed and was very patient with all our concerns and questions. He definitely is very knowledgable and able to answer all our questions. Nels and Jason where on hand for the installation which was very quick and the end result was excellent. Our experience with Home2Stay, Jason and Nels was very positive and would highly recommend them and their company.

I had 3 safety bars installed by home2stay and the gentleman did a great job. He was very courteous and professional. He made sure the bars were exactly where I needed them before the installation. My appointment was for between 10AM-11AM and the gentleman arrived at +9:50AM and was finished by 10:30AM. GREAT SERVICE!! Home2stay has helped me before with my scooter repairs, wheelchair & sidestix crutches and their service has been excellent every time. If you use their services, you will not be disappointed!!

Home2Stay did a bathtub cut for me last week. The work was done professionally and carefully. Thank you Charles, Rahim and Joe!

i must admit both installers were excellent with going over the installation instructions of the tub notch door and the stairlift. both installers ensured i was comfortable with the products that they installed. they vacuumed any mess that was produced and only left once i overlooked their work. both guys did an excellent job and showed they had good work practices. if I need any more personal care equipment I'll be calling them back fore sure. A very good job

I called Home2Stay to get an estimate for the purchase and installation of multiple bathroom safety grab bars for an elderly parent. From initial telephone inquiry to final installation, Home2Stay staff were patient, knowledgeable, and professional and seemed genuinely concerned with the health and safety of my loved one. During my initial telephone inquiry, Angela (Hansen) took the time to thoroughly learn more about my parent's safety and mobility needs as well as the installation context (e.g., measurements, fixture orientations, current design aesthetics to ensure best design matches, price points, etc.) and then patiently guided me through the numerous options as well as the pros and cons of each. After the phone conversation, she promptly followed-up with an email containing photos and descriptions of all of the options we discussed as well as clear pricing details and an installation estimate that was fair (i.e., on par with their competitors) and accurate post-installation. The installation of the grab bars was done with care by Charles (MacNally). He needed to remove old towel bars and other wall fixtures in order to install the safety grab bars, and this resulted in drywall damage that I knew was inevitable (as the fixtures removed had been there for over 30 years). But I was impressed when Charles did his best to meticulously conceal as much damage as he could during the installation of the new safety fixtures. I made a comment about this to him during the post-installation inspection (as drywall damage is something that I knew would cause some anxiety in my parent), and I was touched when Charles explained that he understood this well as he, too, is an adult child caring for an elder whose home required similar aging-in-place modifications (hence his extra efforts to try to conceal the drywall damage pre-emptively). Additionally, while Charles was gathering this tools to leave, I asked him for other suggestions for how to make the house safer for my parent, and he took extra time to then walk me through different areas of the house to offer his suggestions for both the immediacy as well as other modifications that might be needed at a later date (i.e., as my parent's needs change). And, no, this was not an "upsell" as some of the safety items he recommended are not items sold by Home2Stay (e.g., items he purchased for his own elderly parent off of Amazon and other online retailers). Charles even went out of his way to send me a follow-up email the next day with photos and further information about some of the items we discussed (again, many of the items were not sold through Home2Stay, so there was no "upsell" here. Just him being a really kind and thoughtful human being and sharing his wealth of elder care and safety knowledge with me). For many adult children caring for aging parents, attending to the ever-evolving safety needs of their older loved ones can be both a stressful and overwhelming endeavor. So finding companies like Home2Stay, with staff who seem to *genuinely* care about the overall health and safety of seniors and who go above and beyond to support families in the care of their elderly loved ones, is truly a gift. I cannot recommend Home2Stay--and, particularly, Angela and Charles--highly enough!

I have been dealing with Nels Breutigam at Home2stay Accessibility for more than three years for my own and my mother's equipment. He is extremely knowledgeable and always quick to respond to my emails. Follow-up in-house service calls happen in a timely manner, which is extremely important when you rely on the equipment for mobility.

We came to Home2stay with an urgent need for two installations. A stair rail elevator, and a Lift Chair. We found their recommendations to be perfect for our needs, and their technical assessment of the job to be well thought and planned. They are competitive in their bids, very competent in their engineering and installation, and they are responsive with any issues we had. I would use them again, and have no reservations in recommending them as a company.
