★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have worked on 2 of these job sites. triumph and etoile. DO NOT EVER BUY A SUITE UNDER THESE CLOWNS, THEY ARE THE CHEAPEST, UNPROFESSIONAL AND HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO MANAGE A SITE. THEY DIDNT EVEN MAKE MONEY ON TRIUMPH AND RUMOURS ARE COMING AROUND THAT THEY ARE NOT MAKING MONEY AT ETOILE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tom at Urban One was great at dealing with our window sill bubbling problem. He was very responsive with our emails and was prompt to get his crew to fix small issues that arise. His crew also did a great job replacing the window sill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very unprofessional, don't buy any apartment built from them. I wait for the deficiencies in my unit to be fixed until two years after reported. One day a man suddenly showed up in front of my unit without any appointments. when i asked him what specific deficiencies was he looking to repair? he whispered to himself and said I told you. very rude and disrespectful man, even did not speak English clearly. and walked away suddenly by saying you are not giving me permission to your unit... train your employees please.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Urban One Builders, is so disorganized. They are lacking a sense of professionalism and most important integrity.
I just finished a job for them, my experience was a nightmare, they are so cheap, also they take you for granted and no sense of community or fair business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They reason that I provided them with 2 stars is that parts of the project is done well; however, the majority of the project is lacking and they refuse to take ownership for their work. They are very disorganized and have no clue how to deal with paying customers professionally. The project that they handed over was done with rush and it is poor quality. It looks nothing like the original plans and of course they are not taking responsibility for it.
