β β β β β CDC Construction is a highly professional, forward thinking company.
As a general contractor you expect that theres a huge level of difference in service from each trade they bring onto a site, but due to their highly experienced project managers they are able to keep a level of quality that most general contractors cannot achieve.
In addition to their excellent level of quality, they are very concerned with being the best company they can be, they ensure that their employees are all ticketed and follow our modern societies politically correct mentality.
In the multiple years i've been using CDC Construction, i've never had any problems and if we ever disagree they are quick to accomodate.
The only issues i've ever had have not been CDC's fault, and come from the architects or city planners.

β β β β β This company has a problem paying their contractors. We were hired to do a two stage move, part paid by the customer direct and the second part was supposed to be paid by CDC. Both phases went well below est. charges, on time and no damage. CDC's client paid us with no problem and were very happy with the service provided and have also tried to help us get payment. Its been 6 months and CDC hasn't even responded to a single e-mail, voice mail or msg. left with reception. If this doesn't help get a response I will have to take the next step but I will also have to name there client for legal proceeding, which I am trying to avoid.
